How long your listing will be active on our site.
All free listings will expire in 15 days. When you pick any other package, your listing will be active for as long as you wish. Once you rent the place out, you are encouraged to deactivate your listing in order to stop receiving inquiries.

Featured listings are more prominently displayed and tend to get more exposure than regular listings.
You can pick which one of your listings will be featured. Featured listings are shown on top of matching search results page as well as are flagged/marked as featured property on the map.

We will list your property on Craigslist.
We don't guarantee how long your property will stay on Craigslist as it is a third-party site. Typical listing on Craigslist expires in 45 days, but they have the right to remove any listing if there is a slight incomplience with their terms and conditions. We don't modify your ad in anyway and we will post on Craigslist whatever you posted on our site.

Latest listings bulletin appears on the bottom of each page and shows photo, price, city and property type.
You will see your property appearing on the 1st place right after you submitted the listing.

We post the newest listings on top. Automatic listing renewal will make your listing recent again.
Automatic resubmission means, that your listing will be on the top in search results and also the top in latest listings at some point every week/month. Therefore your chances of getting maximum exposure go up significantly if your property is added to the latest listings on a weekly/monthly basis.

Each property receives distinctive web link that includes the city and property type.
The link will be picked up by search engines as well as all the classifieds aggriators that will find your property will direct the traffic not to ALRenters.com homepage but directly to your individual page.

You may add unlimited floor plans to your listings.

Make Renters Applications available online for all prospective tenants.
You have an option to use the default renters application or upload your own. We recommend uploading your application in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format so that it can be viewed / printed out by the majority of users.

Your listing page is "printer-friendly" so that you can print it out and post on local bulletin posts, leave at coffee shops, etc.

Our visitors may subscribe for the new listings E-mail notifications.
